APEGA (Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta) is an organization that regulates the practices of engineering and geoscience in the province of Alberta.
One of APEGA's responsibilities is licensing professional engineers and geoscientists, in other words regulating how an engineer or a geologist gets their P.Eng. and P.Geo. designations.
The aim of this site is to explain this process, by basically telling you how you (as an engineer or geologist) can obtain and maintain this professional designation through CPD (Continuing Professional Development).
